We've recently launched our new customer rewards program, and I want to tell you all about it. 

As a little way to say thank you for all your support we're introducing our Rose Petals Rewards program - a way for you to earn points and save with every purchase.

Details for this program can be found here - the Rewards icon at the bottom right of your screen. It looks like this:

Save in two ways:

  • Petal Points

  • Refer a Friend 

 

Petal Points How it works:

  • With every purchase you make on our website you will earn Petal Points.

  • $1 spent = 8 Petal Points

  • 100 Petal Points = $1 off

For example... Purchase of $50 earns 500 Petal Points. On your next purchase you can use your 500 Petal Points and save $5 off your total. Or save up your Petal Points for a bigger purchase!

 

How to use Petal Points:

  1. Click the Rewards icon at the bottom of your screen.

  2. Set up your free account.

  3. And that's it! Just make your purchase and your points will automatically be collected.

 

 

Refer A Friend

Get Started with Referrals:

  • Do you want to represent Charcoal & Rose Petals? Join our affiliate program! 

  • Once you have signed up for your free account you will be given your own custom referral link.

  • Every time your link is used by a new customer, they will save $15 off their entire purchase, and you will receive a $15 credit towards your next purchase. Minimum purchase amount is $50.

How to Refer:

  1. Log in to your Rewards account.

  2. Copy and share your referral link. Your friends can use this code to save $15 off their purchase of $50 or more.

  3. Once your referral link has been used you will be sent a code to save $15 off your next purchase of $50 or more.

And that's it! Now you can get rewards for every time you support our little business, just a little way for us to say thank you for all your love and support.
